Nitoya brings a global perspective, legal expertise, and a passion for service to her role as Law Clerk at Kotten Law Firm. Originally from Tanzania, Nitoya is a law graduate from Tumaini University in Dar Es Salaam, where she built a strong foundation in legal research, client advocacy, and administrative coordination.

Prior to joining Kotten Law Firm, Nitoya served as a legal consultant for an international export company in Tanzania. Her exceptional performance earned her the company’s Best Consultant Award for 2020–2021, recognizing both her legal acumen and her ability to deliver practical, client-focused solutions in a high-stakes commercial environment.

Her commitment to empowering others is also evident through her work under UN-funded programs, where she provided legal guidance and entrepreneurial counseling to women in Tanzania. This experience reflects her strong belief in access to justice and economic opportunity, especially for underserved communities.

At Kotten Law Firm, Nitoya supports the firm in case preparation, client communication, and document management with diligence, discretion, and a deep understanding of legal procedures. Her international experience and empathetic approach make her a valuable liaison for clients and colleagues alike.

Outside the office, Nitoya enjoys reading, cooking, and tending to her flower garden—a creative outlet that mirrors her attention to detail and care in all she does.
